First Hope Home Care in Colorado is seeking reliable and compassionate caregivers to join our growing team. The Caregiver / Personal Care Aide provides non-medical assistance and companionship to seniors and individuals with disabilities or chronic conditions.

Responsibilities include personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, mobility support, and medication reminders. We value reliability, excellent communication, and a caring, patient approach to support safe home living.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred (not required)
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
• Ability to assist with lifting (25–50 lbs)

Position Summary:

Compensation & Benefits:
