Job summary

First Hope Home Care in Colorado seeks reliable and compassionate caregivers to join our growing team, delivering non-medical in-home care and companionship to seniors and individuals with disabilities.

As a Caregiver you will provide personal care assistance, transportation support, light housekeeping, meal prep, and cognitive/emotional support while following care plans and maintaining a safe home environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred (not required)
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
• Ability to assist with lifting (25–50 lbs)

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking reliable and compassionate caregivers to join our growing team.

Position Summary:

The Caregiver / Personal Care Aide provides non-medical assistance and companionship to seniors and individuals with disabilities or chronic conditions. This role plays a vital part in improving clients’ quality of life while ensuring a safe and supportive home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Support mobility, transfers, and daily activities
• Provide medication reminders (non-medical)

Compensation & Benefits:
