Job summary

First Hope Home Care in Colorado provides compassionate, non-medical in-home care so seniors can live safely and independently at home. We are seeking reliable caregivers to join our growing team and provide personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, and mobility support.

CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. Competitive pay, weekly direct deposit, flexible scheduling, and ongoing training are offered to support a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred (not required).
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient.
• Ability to assist with lifting (25–50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Support mobility, transfers, and daily activities.
• Provide medication reminders (non-medical).
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
• Follow care plans and agency policies.

We are currently seeking reliable and compassionate caregivers to join our growing team.

Position Summary:

The Caregiver / Personal Care Aide provides non-medical assistance and companionship to seniors and individuals with disabilities or chronic conditions. This role plays a vital part in improving clients’ quality of life while ensuring a safe and supportive home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Support mobility, transfers, and daily activities
• Provide medication reminders (non-medical)
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Follow care plans and agency policies
