Job summary

Your Home Assistant is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one support in client homes. We offer flexible day, night, overnight, and weekend shifts, paid weekly, with training and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, medication reminders, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and reporting changes in condition; teamwork with families to ensure dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in caregiving, healthcare, hospitality, or in‑home support (preferred).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a one‑on‑one setting.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and/or weekends.
• Commitment to enforcing health and safety standards.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
• A genuine passion for helping others.
