Job summary

Your Home Assistant, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers for in-home support across the San Francisco area. You will work in a one-on-one setting delivering personalized care to clients, with flexible shifts and weekly pay.

The role includes hands-on training, mileage reimbursement, and growth opportunities within a supportive team. We value reliability, safety, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in caregiving, healthcare, hospitality, or in-home support (preferred).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable daily transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a one-on-one setting.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and/or weekends.
• Commitment to enforcing health and safety standards.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
• A genuine passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Medication reminders.
• Mobility assistance in-home and at appointments.
• Meal planning and preparation.
• Light housekeeping.
• Grocery shopping and errands.
• Transportation for appointments, school pick-up/drop-off, outings.
• Providing parental support and respite care.
• Observing and reporting changes in condition.
• Responding responsibly in urgent or emergency situations.

What You'll Do

As a Caregiver/Personal Assistant, you will provide personalized, hands-on support tailored to each client’s needs. Responsibilities may include:
