Job summary

Vitality Living in Simpsonville, SC is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/Personal Care Specialist to support residents with daily activities and emotional well-being in our Restoration at Simpsonville community.

You will contribute to service plans, report resident changes, and join onboarding and ongoing trainings. Part-time hours with benefits including 401k and attendance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain any certification as required by state regulations.
• Meet state health related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, simple treatments, and emotional health needs as per service plans.
• Assist in development and revision of service plans by informing supervisor of resident needs and preferences.
• Observe and report resident problems to LPN or Medication Tech/Aid.
• Attend onboarding, annual and in-service training and team meetings as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Wellness Director.

• Assist in development and revision of service plans by informing supervisor of current resident needs and preferences, as well as successful service approaches
• Observe and report resident problems to LPN (if on duty) or Medication Tech/Aid
• Attend and participate in onboarding, annual and in-service training and team member meetings, as requested
• Perform other duties as assigned by Wellness Director
