Job summary

Vitality Living in Spring Hill, Alabama is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support residents with daily activities, emotional well-being, and service plan adherence. Join a vibrant team that values individuality and belonging, with a 3pm-11pm shift and full-time hours.

You will participate in onboarding, ongoing training, and team meetings while contributing to a supportive environment where residents feel respected and cared for every day.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain any certification as required by state regulations and health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities, simple treatments, and emotional health needs as per service plans
• Assist in development and revision of service plans by informing supervisor of current resident needs
• Observe and report resident problems to LPN or Medication Tech/Aid
• Attend onboarding, annual and in-service training, and team meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned by Wellness Director

• Assist in development and revision of service plans by informing supervisor of current resident needs and preferences, as well as successful service approaches
• Observe and report resident problems to LPN (if on duty) or Medication Tech/Aid
• Attend and participate in onboarding, annual and in-service training and team member meetings, as requested
• Perform other duties as assigned by Wellness Director
