Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities, simple treatments, and emotional health and/or behavioral issues as indicated in service plans
• Assist in development and revision of service plans by informing supervisor of current resident needs and preferences, as well as successful service approaches
• Observe and report resident problems to LPN (if on duty) or Medication Tech/Aid
• Attend and participate in onboarding, annual and in‑service training and team member meetings, as requested
• Perform other duties as assigned by Wellness Director

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Maintain any certification required by state or provincial regulations
• Meet state or provincial health‑related requirements
• Full‑time Employee
• Available to work days
