Watermark Retirement Communities in Laguna Niguel, CA is seeking a compassionate Part Time Caregiver to support residents with daily living needs, help with mobility and meals, and contribute to a safe, engaging living environment.

Weekend availability is highly valued as part of a caring team that observes changes in residents and follows individualized care plans to ensure safety and dignity for each person we serve.

Qualifications

• 1 years’ experience as a care giver in an assisted living, memory care or home care setting
• Able to work weekends
• Diligent in paper work
• Excellent work ethic
• Great assessment skills
• Interested in learning and growing your skill set

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living needs such as bathing, dressing and mobility.
• Assist with meals, hydration, companionship and engagement.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition and follow care plans.
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

Part Time Caregiver - Variety of Shifts Available; Saturdays highly needed

In this role, you’ll support residents with daily living needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals, hydration, companionship, and engagement. You’ll also observe and report changes in residents’ condition, follow individualized care plans, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

We’re looking for compassionate Part Time Caregivers with experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care who want meaningful work and the chance to make a real difference every day.

Compensation

$21.00 - $22.00 per hour paid bi-weekly
