Watermark Retirement Communities is hiring compassionate Caregivers to support seniors with daily living activities and meaningful engagement in Laguna Niguel, CA. You will observe resident changes, follow care plans, and help maintain a safe environment in a supportive team setting.

The role requires at least 1 year of caregiving experience in assisted living, memory care, or home care, weekend availability, and diligent paperwork.

Compensation: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour paid bi-weekly

In this role, you’ll support residents with daily living needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals, hydration, companionship, and engagement. We’re looking for compassionate Caregivers with experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care who want meaningful work and the chance to make a real difference every day.
