Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities in San Jose, CA is seeking a Part Time Caregiver for the PM shift (2pm–10pm) to support residents in assisted living and memory care with compassion and professionalism.

You will assist with daily activities, monitor residents’ wellbeing, and maintain accurate documentation while participating in ongoing training. Competitive wages range from $21.50 to $24.50 per hour with bi-weekly pay and growth opportunities within a values-driven team.

Qualifications

• 1 years’ experience as a caregiver in an assisted living, memory care or home care setting.
• Able to work weekends.
• Diligent in paperwork.
• Excellent work ethic.
• Great assessment skills.
• Interested in learning and growing your skill set.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents in assisted living and memory care settings.
• Assist with daily activities and ensure safety and comfort of residents.
