Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver in New Jersey to support residents with daily activities and personal care. You will follow ISP guidelines, promote safety and dignity, and foster meaningful interactions to brighten each day.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, engaging residents in activities, supporting dining services, and communicating with families. CPR/First Aid certification or the ability to obtain is expected, CHHA and CMA required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years old.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• CHHA and CMA required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
