Sunrise Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking a caring Caregiver to provide hands-on daily living support and to build meaningful relationships with residents. You will help with activities, meals, and personal care while promoting safety and dignity in a warm, welcoming setting.

Responsibilities include following ISP, documenting changes, engaging residents, and coordinating with families and care leaders. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits accompany this meaningful role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
