You will follow individualized plans and engage residents in meaningful activities, contributing to a warm, resident-centered community.

Qualifikationen

• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Aufgaben

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
