Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a caring Caregiver in New Jersey to support residents with daily activities and build meaningful relationships that brighten their days.

You will follow individualized service plans, promote safety and independence, and engage residents through conversation and activities. We offer paid training, benefits, and growth opportunities, plus a comprehensive package including medical, retirement plans, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Age 18+.
• CHHA or CNA certification required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
