AdvisaCare is hiring Home Health Aides to provide private duty in-home care in the Grand Rapids area. You will deliver one-on-one care, assist with ADLs, transfers, bathing, and light housework, while coordinating with clients and families to ensure comfort and safety.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, CPR certification, and the ability to travel within the service area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Willingness to travel within Grand Rapids service area.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1-on-1 home health aide services.
• Assist with bathing, transfers, ROM and ADLs.
• Light housekeeping and meal prep as needed.
• Drive or arrange transportation for client visits.
• Communicate with clients and family to ensure comfort and safety.

AdvisaCare is seeking Top of the Line Caregivers/Home Health Aides to provide Private Duty In-Home Care for Clients in the Grand Rapids/Alto and surrounding areas!

Caregiver would be responsible for:

• Assistance with bathing
• Slide board Transfers
• Range of Motion ( Approx 15 minutes)
• Commode assistance
• ADL's
• Light housework duty (Cleaning, assistance with cooking as needed)
• Driving Handicap van as needed, typically client can drive themself.

Must be reliable and a Team Player!

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver's License
• Able to work independently with integrity
• Good communication skills
• Ability to travel within the service area
• CPR Certified
• Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background
