AdvisaCare is seeking Home Health Aides to provide private duty in-home care in Cedar Springs, MI and surrounding areas. Each client is unique, with focus on honoring preferences, choices, and needs while delivering compassionate care.

Now hiring for a client in Cedar Springs area. Roles include 1st shift 8-hour shifts, flexible scheduling, and Part-Time & PRN options. Join a team offering supportive environment and meaningful patient connections.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
• Good communication skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist client with ADLs.
• Assist with transfers and positioning.
• Bathing as needed.
• Catheter care support.
• Accompany client to appointments.
• Light housekeeping duties.

Caregiver Responsible for:

• Assisting client with ADL's
• Transfers (Patient is able to pivot transfer)
• Positioning
• Bathing as needed
• Catheter care
• Going out with client to appointments as needed
• Light duty house work such as: changing of sheets, sweeping and mopping etc

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Able to work independently with integrity
• Good communication skills
• Ability to travel within the service area
• CPR Certified
• Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background
