Job summary

Menifee Assisted Living LLC in Menifee, CA is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide direct care, ensure safety, and enhance the daily lives of our senior residents with genuine kindness. You will administer prescribed medications under nursing oversight, document administration accurately, monitor for adverse reactions, and assist with other caregiving tasks as needed.

Training is provided for motivated candidates, a high school diploma is required, and a team-oriented, respectful work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Compassion and a genuine desire to help seniors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team.

As part of our employee benefits, eligible team members receive a monthly phone stipend:

• $25/month – Full-Time
• $12.50/month – Part-Time

The stipend begins following successful completion of the 90-day introductory period.
