INNOVATIVE ARBOR OAKS AT GREENACRES is seeking a compassionate and dependable team member to support residents in an assisted living environment. You will provide quality care, assist with daily living activities, and communicate attentively to promote dignity, safety, and independence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in assisted living, long‑term care, caregiving, or related healthcare setting preferred.
• Medication administration experience preferred per state requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans, policies, and instructions accurately.
• Compassionate, patient, and resident‑focused approach to care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer or documentation skills may be required.
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting and mobility assistance.

• Respond to resident requests in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
