Job summary

Menifee Assisted Living LLC in Menifee, CA is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional to support seniors with daily living activities and medications.

Two shifts are available: 6:00 am–2:00 pm and 2:00 pm–10:00 pm. The role includes medication administration, documentation, monitoring for adverse reactions, and assisting with other caregiving duties. Training is provided; a high school diploma is required with strong communication and teamwork encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior caregiving experience is preferred, but not required. We provide training for motivated candidates.
• Compassion and a genuine desire to help seniors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications to residents according to prescribed schedules.
• Documenting medication administration accurately and maintaining records.
• Monitoring residents for any adverse reactions to medications and reporting to the nursing team.
• Assisting with other caregiving duties when medication administration is not required.
