Job summary

Leisure Vale Assisted Living in Glendale, CA is seeking a dedicated Caregiver/Health Aide to support residents with daily living activities and promote safety, comfort, and well-being.

You will provide companionship, assist with meals, document care, and collaborate with a caring team. No prior caregiving required—training is provided, with competitive benefits and room for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Prior caregiving experience is welcome but training is provided.
• Compassion and genuine desire to help seniors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As a Caregiver at Leisure Vale Assisted Living, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our residents. You will provide direct care and assistance, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort. We are looking for individuals who are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of seniors.

Key Responsibilities for Caregivers:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Providing companionship, emotional support, and a friendly presence to residents.
• Assisting with meal preparation and serving.
• Supporting residents in maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
• Documenting care provided and reporting changes in residents' conditions.

Qualifications for Caregivers:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior caregiving experience is preferred, but not required. We provide training for motivated candidates.
