Senior Helpers South Valley is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead caregiver hiring, compliance, and record-keeping. You will ensure staffing and training aligns with California home care regulations and report to operations leadership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard caregiver candidates, conduct orientations.
• Maintain caregiver files and ensure training, licensing, and background checks.
• Track timecards, payroll, and scheduling in WellSky.
• Prepare staffing and compliance reports and support operations.
