TheKey of California, LLC is seeking a Caregiver Manager to oversee caregiving services, coordinate caregiver schedules, and support caregiver onboarding and training. The role emphasizes leadership, coordination, and ensuring high-quality client care.

Responsibilities include supervising caregivers, maintaining compliance with state regulations, and managing payroll-related timekeeping. Travel up to ~10% is possible as part of field supervision.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Two years of experience in health care, elder care, social work, or related industry.
  • One year of scheduling experience in health care or human services using an online scheduling system.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities under deadlines.
  • Effective written and oral communication with clinical and non-clinical staff.

Responsibilities

  • Train and supervise caregivers, providing guidance and support for compassionate care.
  • Provide supervision including coaching, counseling, and corrective action.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and develop improvement plans.
  • Ensure caregivers are matched with clients based on needs and skills.
  • Develop and manage caregiver schedules ensuring adequate coverage.
  • Coordinate with admin staff for seamless workflow between caregivers and office.
  • Maintain compliance with organizational standards and state regulations.
  • Support ongoing caregiver training and licensing compliance.
  • Enter and update caregiver/client data accurately in systems.
  • Review caregiver payroll/timekeeping and approve for processing.
  • Schedule client visits according to care plans and staff availability.
