Job summary

ExpertCare seeks reliable Caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes, supporting and encouraging skill-building activities. You will also accompany clients to community activities to help grow personal goals beyond the home.

We offer full-time and part-time roles across Southeast Michigan. Ideal candidates are compassionate, have strong communication skills, and can follow care plans while maintaining reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities
