Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes, offering support, encouragement and skill-building activities. You will also bring recipients into the community to help grow and strengthen personal goals outside of their home environment.

We provide paid training, a flexible schedule, weekly pay, a virtual interview process, and various benefit opportunities, helping you make a meaningful impact for recipients and caregivers alike.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
