Job summary

ExpertCare is hiring reliable caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will provide compassionate support, encouragement, and help with skill-building activities to promote independence and well-being.

Positions are full and part-time, offering a flexible schedule, paid training, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process. Candidates must be at least 18, pass background checks, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home support to recipients.
