Job summary

Senior Helpers in the Sutersville area is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients with daily living activities and companionship. You will assist with ADLs, provide meaningful conversations, and help with meals and light housekeeping while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor.

Flexible schedules and benefits are offered, including daily pay, mileage reimbursement, paid orientation and training, and 24/7 office support.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of home care, caregiving, or related experience.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• TB test (2-Step TB) or Quantiferon Gold TB blood test negative.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a passion for helping others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs such as dressing, grooming, toileting, bathing, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Assist with meal prep, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Offer transportation and accompany clients to appointments and events.
• Monitor clients' overall well-being and report concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
