Senior Helpers in Export is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients with daily living activities and companionship. Morning shifts on weekdays provide consistent hours and a rewarding role in home care.

We offer flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement, daily pay, overtime, paid orientation and training, benefits, and 24/7 office support to help you thrive in a caring environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of professional or personal caregiving/home care experience.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Negative TB test result.
• Compassionate, patient and reliable with a passion for helping others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation and activities.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Offer transportation and accompany clients to appointments or social events.
• Monitor well-being and report concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation(Required)
• Must be at least 18 years old(Required)
• Negative results of either a 2-Step TB Test or TB Quantiferon Gold Blood Test
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a passion for helping others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
