Senior Helpers in Export area seeks compassionate and reliable caregivers to support our client with in-home care, offering morning shifts starting 9:00 AM and weekday availability.

We provide a flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, daily pay, paid orientation and training, and comprehensive benefits with 24/7 office support. If you have 3–6 months of experience, a valid license, and a passion for helping others, you can apply for a rewarding role with consistent hours.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of home care or caregiving experience.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Negative TB test result (2-Step TB or Quantiferon Gold).
• Compassionate, patient and reliable with a calling to help others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs: dressing, grooming, toileting, bathing, mobility support.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Offer transportation and accompany clients to appointments, outings, or social events.
• Monitor clients' well-being and report concerns.
• Maintain a warm, friendly, professional demeanor at all times.

• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation(Required)

• Negative results of either a 2-Step TB Test or TB Quantiferon Gold Blood Test
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a passion for helping others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
