Senior Helpers is seeking compassionate caregivers to support a client in the Youngwood area. The role offers afternoon shifts starting at 1:00 PM, with weekdays and Sundays work.

This opportunity provides a flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, daily pay, overtime pay, paid orientation, paid time off, paid training, employee benefits, referral program, and 24/7 office support. Ideal candidates have 3–6 months of caregiving or home-care experience, a valid driver’s license with insurance,

Formación

• 3–6 months experience in home care, caregiving, or related field (Required)
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (Required)
• Must be at least 18 years old (Required)
• TB test negative (2-Step TB or Quantiferon Gold)
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a passion for helping others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsabilidades

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing/grooming, toileting/incontinence care, bathing, and mobility support
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
• Offer transportation and accompany clients to appointments, outings, or social events
• Monitor clients' overall well-being and report any concerns
• Maintain a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times

Qualifications:

• At least 3-6 months of professional or personal experience in home care, caregiving, or related field (Required)
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (Required)
• Must be at least 18 years old (Required)
• Negative results of either a 2-Step TB Test or TB Quantiferon Gold Blood Test
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a passion for helping others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
