A regional support organization in Port Charlotte, Florida is seeking a part-time caregiver to assist a young adult with Autism. Responsibilities include guiding daily living activities, ensuring safety, and promoting independence. Ideal candidates should possess a positive attitude, patience, and caregiving experience. This position requires a high school diploma and background screening. Pay is $15.00 per hour with a schedule Monday to Friday, 2:00pm to 6:00pm.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass Local and Level 2 Background Screening.
• Provide proven 1 year of caregiving experience or technical training.
• Have a Valid Driver's license.
• Are 18 years of age or older.

Opportunity for Part-time Caregiver - Punta Gorda

Community Resource Network of Florida is looking for a caregiver who is fun, compassionate, dependable and committed to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) achieve their highest level of independence and live their best life.

Individual is a young adult with Autism seeking assistance in afternoons. Caregiver must verbally guide him through activities of daily living. Enjoys relaxing at home, completing daily tasks and listening to music.

This is an independent contract position and pays $15.00 an hour.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 2:00pm-6:00pm.
