Job summary

Community Resource Network of Florida, LLC. is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support a 20-year-old male with I/DD in daily activities and community outings. This position is offered as an independent contractor role with pay of $16.00 per hour. Schedule: Tue, Wed and Thu, 5pm–8pm.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, personal hygiene, meal prep, light cleaning, and promoting safety, independence, and social involvement while completing daily progress notes.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass Local and Level 2 Background Screening.
• Provide proven 1 year of caregiving experience or technical training.
• Have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Are 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Encouraging and supporting the individual during home activities.
• Assisting with personal hygiene tasks.
• Meal preparation and light cleaning.
• Ensuring individual's safety and maintaining a safe living environment.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individual to social events, community outings, such as grocery shopping and appointments.
• Promote communication, choice, independence, and socialization.
• Complete daily progress notes.

The individual is a 20 years old male in need of a caregiver to support with ADL's, personal hygiene tasks, and community outings.

Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 5pm-8pm.
