Job summary

Community Resource Network of Florida, LLC. is seeking a compassionate caregiver committed to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) achieve independence. Responsibilities include supporting daily living activities, personal hygiene tasks, meal prep, and facilitating community outings. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, pass background screenings, and provide at least 1 year of caregiving experience or training. The role is on an independent contractor basis, offering $16.00 per hour for flexible hours of 4 per week.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass Local and Level 2 Background Screening.
• Provide proven 1 year of caregiving experience or technical training.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Encouraging and supporting the individual during home activities.
• Assisting with personal hygiene tasks.
• Meal preparation and light cleaning.
• Ensuring individual's safety and maintaining a safe living environment.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individual to social events and appointments.
• Promote communication, choice, independence, and socialization.
• Complete daily progress notes.

Community Resource Network of Florida is looking for a caregiver who is fun, compassionate, dependable and is committed to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) achieve their highest level of independence and live their best life.

Seeking a dependable caregiver to provide assistance to a young woman with daily living activities. Responsibilities include transportation to laundromat and other outings, assistance in tidying up her home, and encouraging personal hygiene routines. Ideal candidate is compassionate, respectful, and attentive.

Schedule

Flexible 4 hrs. a week
