The Springs Living, LLC in Oregon is seeking caring Caregivers to provide personal care and daily support for residents, with part-time or full-time options and fixed schedules. You will build meaningful relationships and work with a team that values kindness and respect.

The role emphasizes companionship, communication with the care team, and adherence to resident plans, while ensuring safety and dignity. A background check and pre-employment drug screen are required; ages 18+ preferred.

Competenze

• Previous professional caregiving experience is required.
• Experience providing hands-on personal care to older adults is strongly preferred.
• A dependable, patient, and compassionate approach to caregiving.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to providing consistent, quality care and building lasting relationships with residents.
• Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

What You’ll Do

• Provide personal care and daily support, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other routines.
• Build trusting relationships with residents through companionship, patience, and encouragement.
• Follow resident service plans and communicate changes in needs, preferences, or condition to the care team.
• Respond to resident requests, pages, and call lights.
• Work closely with Med Techs, nurses, and other team members to provide consistent, person-centered care.

What You’ll Bring

Part-time or Full-time available. Set schedules. No rotation. Consistent days off.

• Swing: 2 PM – 10 PM
• Swing: 4 PM – 9 PM
