Job summary

Mosaicms in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a compassionate Caregiver to join our senior living community. You will provide hands-on resident care, assist with daily activities, and help residents live with dignity and joy.

You will monitor health, document observations, and collaborate with the Caregiver Coordinator and team. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required to ensure consistent care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred; healthcare or long-term care experience valued.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must demonstrate patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support seniors.
• Knowledge of assisted living, memory care, and related regulations preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Assist residents with meals, snacks, hydration, and feeding as needed.
• Support residents with ambulation, positioning, and range-of-motion activities.
• Monitor residents' comfort levels and promptly address needs and concerns.
• Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and fluid intake/output accurately.
• Report any changes in residents' physical, emotional, or cognitive status to the Caregiver Coordinator or Executive Director.
• Document all care, observations, and resident interactions in compliance with Mosaic policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support resident engagement and activities as part of daily care.
