Key Responsibilities
Resident Care & Support
Provide compassionate, hands‑on care to residents, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
Assist residents with meals, snacks, hydration, and feeding as needed.
Support residents with ambulation, positioning, and range‑of‑motion activities.
Monitor residents’ comfort levels and promptly address needs and concerns.
Health Monitoring & Documentation
Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and fluid intake/output accurately.
Report any changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or cognitive status to the Caregiver Coordinator or Executive Director.
Document all care, observations, and resident interactions in compliance with Mosaic policies and regulatory requirements.
