Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nurse's Aide certification preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and supervise residents.
• Administer medications per Six Rights of Medication Pass with accurate documentation.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes.
• Engage residents in enrichment and life skills activities.
• Maintain clean, safe environments in resident areas and medication spaces.
• Respond promptly to call bells and security systems.
• Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare staff about care needs.
