Job summary

Discovery Senior Living is seeking Caring Care Givers and Medication Technicians to join our senior housing communities. Responsibilities include hands-on care, daily living support, medication assistance, and attentive monitoring to ensure a safe, home-like environment.

Qualifications include HS diploma or GED, CNA preferred, and CPR/First Aid preferred. Prior experience with seniors is valued, and on-the-job training is provided within a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred and aged 18+ requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Willingness to learn in a care-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Care for designated residents during shifts and monitor wellbeing.
• Observe and report symptoms, changes in condition, and participation in activities.
• Respond promptly to calls and ensure resident safety.
• Assist with continence management and hygiene tasks.
• Serve meals, help with feeding, and maintain room cleanliness.
• Engage residents in daily living activities and life enrichment.
