Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of caregiving or similar experience preferred/required.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Genuine passion for serving older adults.
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Comfortable using basic technology; Word and Excel helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate assistance with daily living per each resident's service plan.
• Get to know residents and support their individual needs and dignity.
• Observe and communicate changes in residents' conditions to the team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow care, safety, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with Care Partners, clinical leaders, families, and community team.
• Assist with meals, serving, clearing, and maintain a welcoming dining area.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive team-first culture.
• Help make every day brighter for residents.
