Inspired Living in Bradenton, FL is seeking dedicated Care Partners to provide compassionate daily living support at our Hidden Lakes community. You will engage with residents, support their individual needs and dignity, and collaborate with care teams and families to maintain a safe, home-like environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Genuine passion for serving older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, respectful assistance with daily living per the resident's plan.
• Get to know residents and support individual needs, preferences, and dignity.
• Observe and communicate changes in residents' conditions to the team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow care, safety, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with Care Partners, clinical leaders, families, and other team members.
• Assist with meals, serving, clearing, and maintain a welcoming dining area.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Make every day brighter for residents.

At Inspired Living, our Care Partners provide personalized support with daily living, build genuine relationships with residents and families, and help create a community where everyone feels safe, respected, valued, and at home.

We are currently hiring for our Inspired Living at Hidden Lakes senior living community located in Bradenton, FL

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, respectful assistance with activities of daily living according to each resident's service plan.
• Get to know our residents and provide care that supports their individual needs, preferences, and dignity.
• Observe and communicate changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all care, safety, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with Care Partners, clinical leaders, families, and other members of the community team.
• Help create a warm and welcoming dining experience by assisting with meals, serving, clearing, and keeping the dining area beautiful.
• Jump in, support your teammates, and contribute to a positive team-first culture.
• Help make every day a little brighter for our residents!

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of caregiving or similar experience preferred/required.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine passion for serving older adults.
• Dependable, compassionate, and ready to be part of a team.
• Comfortable using basic technology; Microsoft Word and Excel experience is a plus.
