Job summary

Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch in Bradenton, FL is seeking Care Partners to provide compassionate support with daily living activities and to build genuine relationships with residents and families in a safe, respectful, and homelike community.

Expect to assist with activities of daily living, communicate changes to the team, maintain documentation, support dining, and collaborate with care partners and clinical staff to deliver person-centered care for seniors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of caregiving or similar experience preferred/required.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine passion for serving older adults.
• Dependable, compassionate, and ready to be part of a team.
• Comfortable using basic technology; Microsoft Word and Excel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Get to know our residents and provide care that supports their individual needs, preferences, and dignity.
• Observe and communicate changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all care, safety, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with Care Partners, clinical leaders, families, and other members of the community team.
• Help create a warm and welcoming dining experience by assisting with meals, serving, clearing, and keeping the dining area beautiful.
• Jump in, support your teammates, and contribute to a positive team-first culture.
• Help make every day a little brighter for our residents!
