Job summary

Leisure Living in Ludington Woods Assisted Living & Memory Care is seeking reliable staff to provide comfort, safety, and daily living support. Responsibilities include administering medications, assisting with ADLs, and maintaining accurate records.

The role requires high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certification, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Training and long-term opportunities may be available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office in Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications per physician orders and document completion.
• Review eMAR each shift for timely administration and treatments.
• Review incoming medication orders for accuracy and update eMAR.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Respond to resident call lights and safety alarms promptly.
• Observe and report changes to Care Coordinator and Director of Resident Care.
• Order/re-order medications to maintain adequate supply.
• Complete daily charting, documentation and reporting.
