Job summary

Cascade Living Group's Creekside Continuing Care is seeking a Med Tech (Med Aide). You will administer medications and assist residents per their treatment plans, and communicate with families, physicians and staff to support thriving residents.

HCA/CNA certification required; CPR/First Aid and Food Workers Card preferred. Part-time with weekend availability. $21.00–$23.00/hour, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits listed by Cascade Living Group.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of nursing practices and resident care techniques.
• Experience with elderly residents, including dementia.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Compassionate and flexible performing various duties.
• Strong communication with staff, residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Contribute information vital to development of customized service plans.
• Administer treatment plans and chart medications in MAR; document PRN results.
• Respond to calls/concerns from family members and physicians.
• Support residents to maintain high quality of life and consistency.
• Collaborate with clinical team to address residents' needs promptly.
• Promote Cascade Living's mission, values and beliefs.
