Arvum Senior Living, LLC is seeking a dedicated Care Giver/Med Tech to support residents in our on-site communities. You will provide hands-on care, monitor health and safety, assist with daily activities, and help with medications under supervision.

Qualifications include a CNA certification (preferred), HS diploma or GED, and 18+; CPR/First Aid preferred and experience with seniors is valued. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), and more.

Qualificações

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Experience with seniors is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Care for a designated group of residents during the shift and monitor wellbeing.
• Observe, report, and document symptoms or changes in condition.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and notify supervisors as needed.
• Assist with continence management and maintain sanitation.
• Serve meals and assist with feeding as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and promote independence.
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
• Greets and assists residents, guests, and team members; perform resident laundry as needed.
• Medication tech duties: follow service plans and perform medication passes with Six Rights.
• Document medications given and maintain confidentiality; restock meds.
