Job summary

Arvum Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Care Giver/Med Tech to provide hands-on resident care and support in a home-like environment. You will monitor health, assist with activities of daily living, and ensure safety and comfort for residents.

The role includes medication observation duties, documentation, and collaboration with nurses and care coordinators. Prior CNA certification and experience with seniors are preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for a designated group of residents during the shift and check on them regularly.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and document findings.
• Respond to security systems and resident call bells promptly.
• Assist with continence management and maintain sanitation.
• Serve and collect food trays; report meal refusals or loss of appetite.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Support residents in activities of daily living and life enrichment activities.
• Greet and assist internal/external customers, guests, family members, residents, vendors, and team members.
• Assist with medication observation, documentation, and restocking.

Skills

Certified Nurse’s Aid

High School diploma/GED

Must be 18 years of age

CPR Certification preferred

First Aid Certification preferred

Experience with seniors preferred
