Clarity Care is hiring a caregiver to support individuals with varying abilities in a Wisconsin group home. No experience or certifications are required; training is provided. Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma/equivalent and be at least 18.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care support with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, hygiene) as outlined by the service plan.
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers; use mobility devices as needed.
• Guide members toward self-direction, goal setting, and personal development.
• Complete all required documentation for tasks assigned.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, welcoming group home; perform housekeeping and laundry.
• Prepare and serve meals following nutritional guidelines and dietary needs.
• Support community activities and member outings.

Provides direct care support to our members with disabilities by assisting with activities of daily living; bathing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene as outlined by the individual service plan.
