Family Resource Home Care in Palouse, WA is hiring a Caregiver Manager to lead a team of caregivers. You will train, develop, and support caregivers to deliver high-quality in-home care that helps clients stay independent and safe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare or senior care management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong time management and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• English fluency required; valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead caregivers; training and development.
• Coordinate orientation and onboarding for new hires.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on client needs.
• Deliver ongoing caregiver training and soft skills.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Serve as primary contact for caregiver inquiries.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Participate in staff meetings and policy adherence.
