Job summary

Care Advantage Inc. Corporate in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Caregiver Manager for a Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm in-office role. You will lead recruitment efforts to build a strong caregiving team across Virginia, onboard new hires, and develop retention strategies that support families in our community.

You will champion culture—embodying Compassion, Attitude, Respect, and Excellence—while maintaining compliance and supporting on-call needs to keep operations running smoothly.
