Job summary

Care Advantage, Inc. is seeking a Caregiver Manager to lead recruitment and build a strong caregiving team in Roanoke, VA. This on-site role focuses on attracting, screening, and onboarding compassionate caregivers to support families in Virginia.

You will champion our culture of excellence and coordinate training, onboarding, and retention initiatives while ensuring compliance and smooth operations in a dynamic homecare environment.

Qualifications

• Relationship-builder with strong people skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• High school diploma or GED; healthcare/customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Organized, adaptable, and good at problem-solving.

Responsibilities

This is not a remote or Hybrid position, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm in our Roanoke VA office

• Lead the charge on recruitment strategy - from job fairs to referral networks, you’ll be everywhere caregivers are.

• Keep the team thriving - launch recognition programs, track turnover, and design retention strategies that keep caregivers engaged.
• Be the culture champion - deliver warm, inspiring orientations that make every new hire feel like family.
• Own compliance & HR essentials - maintain personnel files, oversee screenings, and ensure we’re always audit-ready.
• Stay agile - jump in to support on-call needs, resolve challenges quickly, and keep operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For
