Key Responsibilities:

• Caregiver Supervision & Support:
• Orient and train new caregivers for a skilled workforce.
• Provide ongoing mentorship and training to maintain high care standards.
• Conduct performance evaluations and offer continuous feedback and coaching.
• Be a primary point of contact for caregiver support and challenge resolution.
• Scheduling & Staffing:
• Coordinate caregiver schedules to cover all shifts and ensure optimal hours.
• Manage backup care for emergencies and unavailable caregivers.
• Maintain records of caregiver assignments and shifts.
• Compliance & Quality Control:
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Implement quality assurance programs for caregiver performance and client satisfaction.
• Update team on best practices and policy changes.
• Keep accurate records of caregiver communication and requests.
• Communication & Coordination:
• Liaise between caregivers and management for clear communication.
• Work with scheduling and administration for efficient operations.
• Organize regular meetings to engage caregivers.
• Handle after-hours on-call duties as needed.
